Job Description
Our client designs and manufactures turnkey electrical control systems and machinery for all types of applications within the industrial and commercial sectors globally. They are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper in the GTA that can bring in value and be a part of our diverse growing team.
Position: Administrative Assistant/bookkeeper
Payrate: $up to $30.00 per hour to start (DOE)
Hours: 8am to 5pm Mon to Fri (on-site-no remote)
Permanent after 3 months of probation
Location: Richmond Hill, ON
DUTIES
Bookkeeping (HST/GST/WSIB, accounts payable/accounts receivable, payroll, invoicing/inventory)
Installing/operating softwares
Using scanners/adding printers
Requirements
REQUIREMENT
Minimum 4 years of experience with bookkeeping with quickbooks online
Organized, Structured and attention to detail
Must be capable of filing HST/GST, WSIB, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, invoicing and inventory
Extremely knowledgeable with computers
Secondary education (university, college)
