Responsibilities Recruits and hires Respite staff. Ensure new hire orientation, paperwork, and training are completed prior to service delivery. Fingerprints and submits new applicationsPrepares training packets as necessaryMaintains data entry and compliance tracking data in databaseMonitors licensing standards for Respite providers. Maintains Respite provider filing system, documents and provides agency forms. Completes Respite approval forms pertaining to respite hoursPrepares Census documentation and submittalPerforms expirable tracking on all Respite providersCoordinates on-going Respite home inspections per agency and state compliance requirements timelyFacilitates, tracks and bills Respite allocations. Fields Respite requests and assigns Respite staff utilizing verification of hours, private pay and requests for additional respite protocolsPrepares billing for Respite hours per timelines. Prepares time sheet allocations bi-monthly and submit to accountingInterfaces with state representatives for all out of agency Respite requestsMakes sure all required inspections and paperwork are completed in full prior to Respite services deliveryFacilitates coverage and entertainment for children during Quarterly Support Meetings and any agency eventsFields and tracks Respite provider recruitment inquiriesGives assistance to the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director and Director as requestedOther duties as assigned Qualifications Preferred candidate will hold an associates or technical degree, or education in business management or administrative assistant from an accredited university or collegeDesire five years experience relating to clerical skills in related service fieldAble to maintain a clear record through Department of Child Safety Central Registry of any reports of child abuse or neglect About our Line of Business ResCare Community Living, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, has five decades of experience in the disability services field, providing support to individuals who need assistance with daily living due to an intellectual, developmental, or cognitive disability.
