We are seeking an Administrative Accounting Coordinator to support daily office and accounting operations within a stable, long‑standing organization. This role is ideal for an administrative professional who is interested in developing a career path in accounting or finance while gaining hands‑on experience in core financial processes.
Key ResponsibilitiesProcess accounts payable and accounts receivable transactionsInvoice all orders from the previous business dayAssist with bank deposits and payment trackingAnswer approximately 10–15 incoming calls on busy days and route inquiries as neededSupport customers with billing questions and account inquiriesMaintain accurate financial and administrative recordsProvide general administrative and front‑desk supportRequired SkillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsClear written and verbal communicationPreferred QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred)Exposure to accounting systems (such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP platforms)Experience with accounts payable and/or accounts receivable is a plusProactive, self‑motivated learner with a strong interest in accountingWork EnvironmentThis position is seated at the front desk, working alongside a part‑time colleague who is onsite two days per week. Training is provided directly by management, offering a supportive environment for skill development and professional growth.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
