Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support including document preparation, filing, record keeping, and data entry. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, and support event or conference arrangements. Answer and route calls/emails professionally; serve as a point of contact for internal and external queries. Assist with mail distribution, supply coordination, and office-related requests. Support preparation of reports, tracking sheets, presentations, and basic data analysis. Coordinate and help standardise administrative processes across the team to enhance efficiency. Assist with special projects including gathering, compiling, retrieving, and organising information. Identify potential issues and escalate appropriately, working closely with the team to resolve them.
