We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant who will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will answer phone calls, greet visitors, and provide essential support to various departments, including Corporate Services, Benefits, Accounts Payable, and the Travel team.
ResponsibilitiesAnswer phone calls and greet visitors as needed.Assist Corporate Services in sorting and distributing incoming mail.Process court orders for child support.Support the Benefits department with Leave of Absence paperwork and Tuition Reimbursements.Aid the Accounts Payable department with mailing vendor and refund checks, as well as scanning and emailing invoices.Handle vendor correspondence for the Accounts Payable department.Contribute to special projects, develop and send correspondence, and file/archive documents for Corporate Services.Arrange and coordinate corporate meetings and lunches.Verify travel manifests and order meeting-related supplies for the Travel team.Maintain and order office supplies and other items as needed.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsData entry and administrative support experience.Proficiency in clerical tasks and accounts payable processes.Strong skills in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.High School diploma or equivalent.Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Discretion and judgment in handling confidential data.Additional Skills & QualificationsClerical/administrative experience is strongly preferred.Experience with Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn other software within the organization.Work EnvironmentThis role requires five days on-site, with working hours from 8 AM to 5 PM.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
