Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in providing support for various administrative tasks. This includes answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence with both drivers and customers. The role requires efficient data entry into our TMS, organizing and maintaining both physical and electronic documents, and delivering exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally. Responsibilities + Assist with various administrative tasks, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling correspondence. + Accurately and efficiently enter and update information into our TMS. + Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents as needed. + Provide excellent customer service to customers, drivers, and the public, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Essential Skills + At least 1 year of office administrative experience. + Proficiency in using Outlook and Excel. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Strong data entry skills. + Excellent customer service abilities. Work Environment The work environment is office-based, requiring interaction with customers, drivers, and team members. The role involves the use of technology such as Microsoft Office and TMS software. The position demands a professional demeanor and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Fargo, ND. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
