Office Administrator/Administrative Assistant

Location: Tampa, FL

Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday

Type: Contract-to-hire

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support across the office. This role supports day‑to‑day operations, office management, and light accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who enjoys problem‑solving, multitasking, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSet up new computers and maintain the company’s computer inventory.Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office equipment.Manage inventory and purchase office and breakroom supplies.Arrange travel, meetings, and internal training sessions.Handle incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.Welcome and assist visitors; manage incoming calls.Support general facility management activities.Review, update, and enter vehicle/equipment unit logs.Coordinate luncheons, including ordering, setup, and teardown.Perform basic kitchen and breakroom upkeep.Assist the accounting team with client invoices and statements.Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.Required QualificationsMinimum 1 year of relevant office or administrative experience.High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).Strong multitasking skills with the ability to handle frequent interruptions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Positive attitude with a team- and client-focused approach.Highly organized and detail-oriented.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred SkillsAdministrative supportCustomer serviceCalendar managementFiling and document organizationClerical and general office operationsWork Environment & Growth Opportunities

This position is fully onsite at our Tampa office and requires a consistent Monday–Friday presence. You will be seated at the front desk and initially report to a supervisor located in a separate office.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tampa, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
