Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a reliable, organized administrative professional who can adeptly manage calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses, while providing general office support. The ideal candidate will be flexible and collaborative within a team of administrative staff and will support the Executive Assistant who works with C-Suite and Executives in both Colorado and Canada.

ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the Executive Assistant.Manage and coordinate calendars for executive staff.Organize and manage travel arrangements, both domestic and international.Handle expense reporting and ensure accuracy and timeliness.Assist with event planning and coordination.Engage in general office support duties as needed.Essential SkillsAdministrative experience, particularly within a corporate environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook.Experience in calendar and travel management.Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.Capability to handle work of a confidential nature.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to meet deadlines, sometimes with short notice.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the construction industry is an advantage.Adept at working both independently and collaboratively to achieve business objectives.Work Environment

This is a fully onsite position working directly with the Executive Assistant. The team comprises about six administrative staff members and operates in a great collaborative culture. Work hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM. The culture is easygoing, fun, and approachable, yet maintains high expectations for attention to detail and quality. The office features a state-of-the-art environment with a gourmet cafeteria and a gym accessible to all employees. This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.
