The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist is a high-visibility, front-facing role responsible for supporting daily office operations. This position provides front desk coverage, serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and delivers general administrative support to leadership, the administrative services team, and other departments.
ResponsibilitiesProvide front desk coverage; greet visitors professionally.Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls.Distribute and manage incoming and outgoing mail.Support direct supervisor and administrative services team with daily tasks.Assist managers and staff with general administrative and clerical support.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment.Essential SkillsPrior front desk, receptionist, or administrative assistant experience.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office setting.High attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.Professional demeanor and reliability.Additional Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of administrative or receptionist experience in an onsite office.Experience supporting multiple departments or managers.Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, depending on visitor volume and client base.Work EnvironmentThe work environment is an onsite office setting, requiring a reliable and steady presence at the front desk. The role involves handling phones, visitors, and interruptions professionally. A professional, organized front office environment is maintained at all times. Proficiency in Outlook and Excel for data entry is necessary.
