Job SummaryThe Administrative Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date client subscriber information using a proprietary system. This role supports billing accuracy, geographic data integrity, and publisher communications while operating in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. Success in this position requires strong data entry skills, basic math proficiency, and the ability to manage shifting priorities efficiently.
Key ResponsibilitiesUpdate and maintain client subscriber records within a proprietary system, including billing and geographic informationPerform basic math calculations to ensure accurate subscriber updatesExecute high-volume data entry with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailRespond to and manage email communications from 50+ magazine publishersPrioritize daily tasks while adapting to frequent changes in assignments and workloadMaintain professional customer service standards in all written communicationsEssential SkillsStrong data entry and typing accuracySolid basic math and calculation skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office and OutlookCustomer service and professional communication skillsGeneral administrative support experienceAdditional Skills & QualificationsMinimum of 1 years of administrative experienceAbility to work independently while collaborating within a team environmentStrong organizational and time-management skillsWork EnvironmentCubicle-based office settingTeam of approximately 15 Administrative CoordinatorsSchedule: Monday through FridayJob Type & Location
This is a Permanent position based out of Congers, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
