About this RoleBrink Constructors, Inc.
The Administrative Assistant serves as the friendly and professional first point of contact for the organization, supporting daily office operations and providing administrative assistance to leaders and teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion when handling confidential information, and a hands on approach to maintaining a welcoming, well functioning office environment.
Pay: This is an hourly/non-exempt. The pay range is $18 - $22 per hour. Pay may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience.
Location: This position is based out of Brink's Rapid City, SD office.
What You'll DoFront Desk & Communication
Serve as the friendly first point of contact for leaders, teammates, guests, and delivery personnelReceive, sort, and distribute email, mail, UPS/FedEx packages, phone calls, faxes, and internal communicationsMaintain professionalism and discretion when handling confidential and sensitive informationAdministrative & Operational Support
Assist with weekly office checks and administrative trackingSupport accounting with shipment tracking and coordination for shop and fieldPrepare and update manuals, workbooks, and other internal documentationOrder business cards and nameplates Assist with booking travel and lodging arrangementsMeetings & Events
Support meeting preparation, including materials, room setup, and takedownAssist with planning and supporting company events and internal gatheringsOffice & Facilities Support
Perform daily cleanup of common areas, including the office and kitchenMaintain inventory of kitchen supplies, snack cabinets, office supplies, and company swagCoordinate ordering and restocking as neededMaintain scheduled maintenance for kitchen services and office equipment What You'll BringRequired:
