About the Role:
Support the receptionist and assist the Admin Executive in managing office administrative functions.Coordinate office services including supplies, maintenance, catering, and consumables inventory.Manage vendor relationships, service contracts, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and support office relocations or space management.Prepare reports on administrative operations and provide reliable support to senior management.About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.1–2 years of experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) or property management for commercial offices.Strong administrative knowledge with advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience in procurement, supplies monitoring, and vendor management.Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills, with attention to detail.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
