Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and engaging Spanish bilingual administrative assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors at our facility, providing exemplary customer service and handling various administrative functions.
Bilingual in Spanish Pay: $18 an hour
Nonbilingual Pay: $17 an hour
Responsibilities
Greet all customers and visitors at the front counter.Assist customers who visit the facility.Manage general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning.Handle customer deposits and process payments in the system.Respond to customer inquiries regarding vehicles and updates.Answer 10-30 calls daily, addressing questions, concerns, and appointment updates.Essential Skills
Face-to-face customer service expertise.Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.At least 2 years of experience in an office setting.Strong administrative support, office management, and data entry skills.Ability to work well with diverse team members and customers.Excellent stress management and patience in dealing with difficult situations.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish skills are highly preferred.High School Diploma or GED required.Experience at a front desk in a parts shop or auto shop is a plus.Work Environment
You will work in a small, older office setting with approximately 10 colleagues. The work hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm. Business casual attire is required, including non-ripped jeans and closed-toe shoes. A mask must be worn indoors until company policy changes. The office provides necessary supplies and a personal workspace, along with a breakroom equipped with a fridge and microwave. Employees are entitled to up to an hour for lunch.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
