Administrative Assistant
Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our small, close‑knit call center team of four. This role is based in our office in Fargo, ND. You will be the first point of contact for customers requesting service, often during high‑stress situations, and your ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution‑oriented will be key to your success.

Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer and manage 20–40 inbound calls per day, with volume increasing significantly during extreme weather conditions (hot or cold).Assist customers in setting up service appointments, gathering all necessary information with accuracy and professionalism.Communicate with empathy when handling distraught or upset customers, helping them feel supported and reassured.Enter customer details into internal systems with strong attention to detail.Coordinate with service technicians, providing updates and relaying job‑site information as needed.Perform general administrative and office support tasks as required.Required Skills & QualificationsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience handling inbound calls in a customer service or call center environment.Strong administrative support and data entry capabilities.Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.Ability to stay composed under pressure and manage emotionally charged situations.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fargo, ND.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
