Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Summary:

The Administrative Assistant supports daily office operations and helps with basic accounting tasks related to processing payments. This role involves organizing documents, communicating with vendors and clients, collecting invoices, and assisting with simple financial tracking.

Responsibilities:Provide general administrative support to the team.Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system.Collect and organize invoices and required paperwork from vendors.Track and update payment-related documents (such as invoices and approval forms).Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to gather information or follow up on required documents.Assist with scheduling, coordinating appointments, and keeping records up to date.Maintain organized digital and physical files.Help with basic accounting tasks as needed, such as data entry for payments.Essential Skills:Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage priorities.Comfortable working with a variety of people and situations.Ability to learn new tasks quickly.Preferred Qualifications:1–2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or accounts payable/receivable.Experience with scheduling or coordinating tasks.Bonus: Familiarity with financial paperwork or working with vendors.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sunriver, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $28.00/hr.
