Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities in Detail:

Primarily responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director and relevant teams and function heads in accordance to company guidelines and policies.

To prepare reports, memos, meeting notices and minutes of the meeting and the like are distributed and/or filed accurately and on time in accordance to Department's standards, with minimal supervision.All travel and accommodation requirements of the Managing Director and other managers of the Department are coordinated with the Country Head's Executive Assistant for international travel or directly with providers for local trips, in accordance with company policies and procedures.Request messages and inquiries are handled professionally and discreetly. When explicitly authorized to do so, the same are acted upon as soon as received. Otherwise, the same are forwarded to the Managing Director for action as soon as received.100% of logistics requirements for meetings, events and the like are organized efficiently and on time, in accordance with company policies and procedures.High impact presentation materials produced according to Managing Director’s requirements.Supports the administrative needs of all CD PH local officers accordingly.Other related tasks may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

At least 4 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar roleStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressureAdaptable and flexible, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach
