What You’ll Do + Serve as the primary administrative partner to two senior leaders, providing expert support in calendar planning, meeting execution, and workflow tracking. + Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, oversee itineraries, and process expenses with accuracy and timeliness. + Manage and monitor budgets, ensuring seamless processing of financial transactions and clear reporting. + Act as a trusted liaison between executives, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support communication, alignment, and project momentum. + Facilitate global team collaboration by assisting with document preparation, reporting, and follow‑up actions. + Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. + Lead and support stretch projects, process improvements, and operational efficiencies that elevate team performance. What You Bring + 2–4 years of administrative support experience, ideally supporting executive‑level leaders. + Proven ability to support multiple executives simultaneously while managing shifting priorities. + Experience collaborating across global teams and navigating different time zones. + Demonstrated project management capabilities and a desire to continuously learn and grow. + Familiarity working with executive leadership (CVP level preferred). + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. + Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing deadlines. + Excellent customer service mindset and relationship‑building abilities. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn internal tools. + Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent relevant experience). + Previous experience within large tech organizations or supporting clients in similar environments. + Hands‑on experience with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and distribution list management. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
