Duties
The Administrative Assistant position will be based in Global Marketing, reporting directly to the Corp VP, Revenue Growth Management. This role is a critical partner and team member to the RGM leadership team, supporting both Corp VP as well as VP direct reports. This role is accountable for performing a wide variety of specialized and administrative functions. Responsibilities
Provide extensive calendar management and complex meeting planning, including webinar execution and facilitation
- Coordinate all travel (domestic and international) arrangements and logistics including itinerary building, and expense report processing
- Develop, consolidate and edit PowerPoint presentations, agendas, meeting summaries and other materials in support of department meetings
- Handle vendor contracts, including IT system requests and tracking issues
- Assist with onboarding process for new team members and participate in cross‑functional admin partnerships.
- Assist Sr. Directors across multiple workstreams
- Manage travel schedules for leaders
- Oversee meeting management and scheduling
- Serve as intake lead for external consultants
- Coordinate security‑based access needs
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Office Administration, Office Management, Executive Assistant, Executive Support or similar positions
- Experience providing travel arrangements
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting tools
- Strong communication, project management, and critical thinking skills
- Professional, discreet, proactive, and reliable
- Ability to be in-office three days per week

Salary Range
The expected salary range for this role is $30.87 - $38.59 per hour.
