Administrative Assistant

We’re looking for an on-site Administrative Assistant in the sports and recreation services industry.

Our client is a dynamic organization dedicated to providing high-quality programs and experiences that help participants grow in confidence, skills, and teamwork. The team prides itself on a supportive and energetic culture focused on delivering excellent customer service and operational support. The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, engaging with customers, and helping ensure smooth program delivery.

Administrative Assistant responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and care Provide general administrative support including data entry, filing, and organizing documentation Support registration, scheduling, and program coordination tasks as needed Maintain organized customer records and communication logs Assist with customer service issues, ensuring timely and positive resolution Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate program materials and logistics Support marketing and communication efforts including updating digital content or assisting with client communications Assist with event coordination and on-site support for programs as required Contribute to team workflow by assisting with special administrative projects

The successful candidate has:

1–3 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related office role Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal Excellent organizational ability and attention to detail Comfort working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or similar systems A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to pitch in where needed

Compensation and benefits:

The discussed hourly wage is competitive and based on experience Candidates with additional experience may be considered at higher compensation Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth On-site role with standard business hours
