If you are a highly organized Administrative professional looking for an opportunity to grow, Copeland has an exciting opportunity for you! Based in our Reynosa, Mexico location, you will provide comprehensive support to our Plant Manager and serve as the central point of contact for the plant’s leadership team. You will play a vital role in maintaining professional standards while managing high-priority tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. AS AN ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT, YOU WILL:

Executive Support: Manage the Plant Manager’s calendar, schedule high-level meetings, and coordinate complex travel arrangements and expense reports.

Operational Reporting: Assist in gathering data for daily/monthly production reports, KPIs, and safety metrics while preparing professional PowerPoint presentations for corporate reviews.

Meeting Coordination: Attend production and leadership meetings to record minutes, track action items, and ensure follow-up on critical deadlines.

Liaison & Communication: Act as the primary gatekeeper and liaison between the Plant Manager and internal/external stakeholders, including corporate executives, vendors, and plant employees.

On-site Logistics: Organize plant visits, customer tours, and employee engagement events, while managing office supplies and administrative budgets.

Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information regarding plant operations, personnel, and strategic planning with the utmost discretion.

SCHEDULE: This position follows standard business hours.

Onsite Work Arrangement: This role is based fully onsite at our Reynosa facility and is not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities. Candidates must be comfortable working within a manufacturing plant setting and adhering to all safety protocols (PPE).

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

3-5+ years of experience as an Executive or Administrative Assistant, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook).

Professional Working Proficiency in English and Native-level proficiency in Spanish.

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse teams, from shop-floor operators to global executives.

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.

Previous experience supporting a Plant Manager or similar executive leadership roles.

About our Location Our facility is located in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, a key manufacturing and industrial hub in northern Mexico. You will be based fully onsite at our plant, working directly at the heart of our operations to support the leadership team in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
