Administrative Assistant
Job Title: Administrative Coordinator Job Description The Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations by managing phone and visitor interactions, coordinating events, overseeing office supplies, and supporting various administrative tasks. This position demands a professional demeanor and the ability to multitask efficiently. Responsibilities + Answer phones and route incoming calls to the appropriate parties. + Greet guests and manage inbound/outbound mail. + Perform filing duties and manage repairs with vendors. + Assist with catering needs for visitors and company events. + Manage the ordering of office supplies and snacks. + Oversee company vending machines and vendor relations. + Provide job applicants with interview reminders and texts. + Assist with event coordination and planning. + Serve as back-up receptionist, covering lunches and greeting visitors. Essential Skills + Administrative support + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) + Clerical skills + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities + Excellent verbal and written communication skills + Customer service Additional Skills & Qualifications + High school diploma or equivalent + Additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus + Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Receptionist, or similar role + Experience with event planning and coordination is preferred + Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor Work Environment The position offers an exciting opportunity to work in an industrial chic workspace with a fun workplace culture. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Elkhorn, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
