Job Title Administrative Assistant Job Description This position involves supporting the administrative and executive team onsite. The role requires effectively managing various office functions to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities + Manage and maintain conference room calendars to ensure efficient scheduling. + Order and manage office supplies to keep the office well-stocked. + Submit maintenance requests to ensure the office environment remains functional. + Provide coverage for executive admins during their PTO. + Handle reporting and undertake special projects as required. Skills and Qualifications Required + 2+ years of administrative experience. + Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively. + Capability to self-start and anticipate needs. + Proficiency in administrative support and customer service. + Skillful use of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong organizational skills to maintain efficient office operations. + Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. + Reliability and professionalism in all tasks. Work Environment This role is based onsite, providing a dynamic and engaging environment. The position offers a contract opportunity with the potential for conversion, enhancing career growth. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Glendale, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
