Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is looking to add temporary Administrative Assistants to their team on a short-term project basis to support tax season. The responsibilities for this position include: + Scanning and imaging of TD1 Forms + Ensuring accurate digital records of documents Qualifications: + Previous administrative experience + Technologically savvy and able to pick up new programs quickly + Excellent communication skills OTHER: + This position would be for 5 weeks from January - February 2026 and could extend depending on work volume. + Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Mississauga, ON.
