\n\t\t\t\t\tGreet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.\nAnswer and direct phone calls; manage voicemail and email inquiries.\nSchedule client appointments and maintain the firm’s calendar.\nHandle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.\nMaintain a clean and organized reception area.\nPrepare and organize client documents, engagement letters, and tax forms.\nAssist with data entry, filing, and document management (physical and digital).\nCoordinate with staff to ensure timely completion of client projects.\nManage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.\nManage the owner’s calendar, including business and occasional personal appointments.\nAssist with travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
