Provide administrative support to the Sales Department so that work is done efficiently and accurately. Provide administrative support for Sales Department, including but not limited to sales events, training classes, sales directors and counselors and other sales management.
Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
+ Answer questions from customers and employees about Sales leads.
+ Data Entry of Sales Leads into Lead Management System
+ Provide administrative support to the Sales Department as needed
+ Provide administrative support to the Reservation Desk as needed.
+ Must have strong attention to details and extremely organized.
+ Display a professional manner and communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of the department
+ At an intermediate level use Excel, Mail Merge in Microsoft Word.
+ Prepare reports, sales call lists and other documents as needed.
+ Demonstrate high level of confidentiality, common sense, judgement, sense of urgency and ability to set priorities.
+ Adhere to company policies, procedures, rules and controls; demonstrate support and respect for Company management.
+ Adhere to safety rules and regulations and report unsafe practices to management.
+ Participate in training and skill development opportunities to improve competency and customer service.
+ Report to work on time and maintain standard attendance
**Experience and Education:**
+ Office administration experience
**Special Skills:**
+ MS Office software with Intermediate skill in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
+ Excellent Outlook skills
+ HMIS
+ Communicate clearly and accurately with all levels of the Company
+ Problem solving, detail-minded and organization skills
+ Good multitasking skills
**Working Environment:**
Work seated and/or standing and walking in a carpeted, air-conditioned office where the noise volume from coworkers is quiet to moderate. Work under daily deadlines, and maintain high accuracy and customer service. Cope with high volume of work, with constantly changing priorities and interruptions. Must be able to handle significant emotional pressures due to the nature of the work.
**Physical Requirements:**
Work daily supporting the Sales Department, with a high level of energy and stamina; ability to use a variety of office machines and equipment to produce documents for the Department; ability to give and receive a high volume of verbal information clearly and accurately; and occasional lifting up to 25# is required. Sit or stand for long periods of time.

**Compensation:**
Salary: $20.00/hr - $30.00/hr
