We’re seeking an organized, motivated, and upbeat Administrative Assistant who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to learn the inner workings of a premier club operation.

This is a unique opportunity for a young professional to gain hands-on experience across multiple departments, including project coordination, event management, HOA administration, communications, and facilities oversight.

Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and clerical support to multiple departments (Management, Maintenance/Landscape, Events, and Communications). Coordinate and track progress of cross-departmental projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Perform data entry, filing, and documentation management. Assist in HOA management tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing resident communications, and updating records. Support event operations by assisting with logistics, communications, and vendor coordination. Contribute to internal and external communication initiatives, including email campaigns, notices, and newsletters. Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems. Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure effective information flow and task completion. Perform other general office management duties such as ordering supplies, scheduling appointments, and managing shared calendars. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred (students or recent graduates encouraged to apply). Excellent time management and organizational skills. Strong multitasking ability and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
