Aon Insurance Managers is one of the largest Captive Manager in the world operating in all major captive domiciles including Guernsey, Ireland, Luxembourg, Italy, Bermuda and Switzerland.
Our wide-ranging business activities are focused on insurance/reinsurance management and, in close cooperation with our sister company AGRC, risk finance consulting services.
In order to further strengthen our team in Luxembourg, we are currently seeking to appoint a Part Time Administrative Assistant for a Determined Period of 3 months

What the day will look like
+ Secretarial work for the Management and the marketing team in German, French, and English
+ Preparation of clients meeting
+ Planning trips
+ Support for legal tasks
+ Assistance/back up for the reception tasks
+ Client relationship assistance, including but not limited to the preparation of board meeting packs, payment orders, filing, etc..

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Secretarial qualification BAC+2
+ 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
+ Fluency French & English is compulsory German is a plus ,
+ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
+ Strong organizational skills, self-motivated and with team spirit
+ Ability to plan and prioritize tasks
