Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Job Description

We are seeking an organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to assist with data cleanup and ensure system accuracy within our newly implemented SAP platform. This role will play a key part in supporting the Commercial team by identifying data discrepancies, learning new system processes, and executing necessary updates. Your work will help reduce the burden on the team as they adapt to the new system and workflows.

Responsibilities

Identify data discrepancies within the new SAP system.Learn and execute new system processes.Support the Commercial team by updating and cleaning data for accuracy.Alleviate the pressure on the team during their transition to new workflows.

Essential Skills

Proficient technology skills.Keen attention to detail.Experience in administration, accounting, or inventory clerk roles.Outgoing personality with strong multitasking abilities.Personable and professional demeanour.Familiarity with Microsoft Office, SAP, and CRM software.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of Excel.CRM experience, with preference for Salesforce.

Work Environment

This is a Contract position based out of AUBURN, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
