Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable administrative professional to support invoice processing for our standalone ship centers. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely handling of vendor invoices.
Responsibilities
Receive and review vendor-submitted invoices via email.Cross-reference each invoice with its corresponding paper copy to verify accuracy and completeness.Submit verified invoices for managerial approval and payment processing.Maintain organized records and filing systems for invoice documentation.Perform general office duties including light data entry, answering phone calls, faxing, and other administrative tasks as needed.Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth operations and resolve any discrepancies.Essential Skills

This role is based in an office setting, where you will work at a desk for the majority of the day. The position is initially a 6-month contract, with potential for extensions of 3, 2, or possibly another 6 months based on performance.

This is a Contract position based out of San Antonio, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.36 - $23.36/hr.
