Job DescriptionAs an Administrative Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to several executive leaders within the organization. You will ensure that all administrative tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and to a high standard of quality. This role is varied and dynamic, requiring excellent organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple calendars and coordinate schedulesPerform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, organizing, and digitalizing documentsDraft, edit, and format various texts and documents, including correspondence, invitations, and organizational chartsProcess purchase requests and other transactions, and follow up on necessary approvalsAssist the Recruitment team by scheduling interviews and meetingsSupport review processes by tracking documents and approvalsAssist in organizing internal events and global meetingsSupport ad hoc projects and provide backup to other administrative assistants when neededHandle basic office management tasks (e.g., coffee machine maintenance, toner replacements, IT supplies)QualificationsBachelor’s degreeExcellent command of English (written and spoken) and FrenchProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Explorer)Highly proactive and resourcefulStrong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyDependable, trustworthy, and discreet, with the ability to maintain confidentialityFlexible and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAdditional InformationWe support your development!
