We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional support to customers through phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
Key Responsibilities:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.Resolve customer issues efficiently and empathetically, escalating when necessary.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Utilize Excel to track customer service metrics, generate reports, and manage data.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, policies, and procedures.Meet or exceed performance targets including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a multi-channel environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data entry).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience with CRM systems and help desk software is a plus.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
