We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Site Administrator to support daily operations on a busy construction site. This role is essential for maintaining accurate documentation, coordinating communication between site personnel and office staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and administrative procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and experience in a construction or field-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:Manage and maintain site documentation including timesheets, permits, safety records, and delivery logs.Coordinate communication between site teams, subcontractors, vendors, and head office.Assist with onboarding of site personnel and ensure compliance with safety and HR protocols.Track and report progress updates, material usage, and equipment logs.Schedule meetings, inspections, and deliveries in coordination with the Site Manager.Maintain inventory of site supplies and order replacements as needed.Support the preparation of reports and presentations for project updates.Ensure all site administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or certification in construction administration or related field preferred.2+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a construction or field operations setting.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.Familiarity with construction terminology, safety procedures, and documentation standards.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
