Job Description Position Overview: We are seeking a polished and proactive Administrative Assistant to manage the front desk in a fast-paced, high-end professional setting. This role is ideal for someone with a background in luxury retail or hospitality who thrives in a structured, appointment-only environment. Key Responsibilities: • Front Desk Management • Greet and assist client representatives (interior designers, architects, subcontractors) • Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area • Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the front office • Administrative Support • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments • Provide light tech support (e.g., setting up video calls, troubleshooting basic office tech) • Communication • Manage low-volume phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately • Do not entertain walk-ins; ensure all visits are by appointment only We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
