Administrative Assistant
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Administrative Assistant in Louisville, KY. This Administrative Assistant supports the Operations Division by managing communications, typing and transcribing letters and reports, and handling incoming calls and messages across voicemail, email, and fax. They process mail, maintain organized filing systems and calendars, and prepare photocopies and materials for meetings. The role involves coordinating logistics for tours, special events, and meetings—including invoicing, recording payments, and assembling attendee materials. Additionally, the assistant processes invoices for payment, maintains records related to fleet vehicle purchases and maintenance, and ensures smooth administrative operations. This position may also take on supplemental tasks as needed to support the division’s evolving needs. The starting pay for this position is $20/hr. Skills and Requirements • Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a professional setting • Proven experience managing a leaders calendar and email effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office equipment. Typing speed 50+ WPM preferred. • Excellent communication skills and a courteous telephone manner. Experience working with senior management. • High school diploma or equivalent (two years of college preferred but not required) • Experience coordinating events such as conventions or state fairs. • Familiarity with compiling reports and updating procedural manuals. • Ability to prepare financial documents and support committee operations.
