We’re looking for an onsite Administrative Assistant in the professional services industry.
Our client is a growing company expanding operations in Canada. This is a trusted role supporting executives directly, ensuring smooth daily operations, and acting as the central point of contact for office activities. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for front-of-house duties, daily reporting, and administrative support.
Administrative Assistant responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and partners in the office Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications Handle scheduling, filing, and basic office administration tasks Prepare and send daily operations reports to executives summarizing activities, attendance, and issues Monitor and record day-to-day happenings in the office to ensure executives are updated in real time Coordinate with service providers, couriers, and vendors for office-related needs Support executives with travel arrangements, meetings, and other administrative tasksThe successful candidate has:
At least 2 years of experience in office administration, reception, or clerical support Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and MS Office Dependability, trustworthiness, and attention to detail Professional, presentable demeanor and ability to handle confidential information Ability to work independently and support executives in a fast-paced environmentCompensation and benefits:
The discussed salary range is $55,000- $65,000 CAD annually depending on experience Candidates with additional experience may also be considered Stable, supportive work environment with career development potential Direct exposure to top executives and opportunity to learn business operationsCandidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
