Kforce has a client that is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Phoenix, AZ.
Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support for director(s) and leadership
* Administrative Assistant will manage calendars and schedule meetings
* Coordinate routine maintenance of site with facilities and assist where applicable in event planning
* Interact with a diverse group of vendors, visitors and internal contacts throughout all levels of the organization
* Assist with the on and off boarding of new representatives to the organization
* Create, update and maintain routine spreadsheets
* Maintain databases of representatives, clients and recruits
* Create presentations and other documents
* As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide exceptional telephone support
* Answer routine correspondence and assemble information that occasionally may be of confidential and sensitive nature
* Make travel arrangements and process expense reports
* Order supplies, make copies and file department documents
* Receive/send/deliver mail items
