Hedge Fund in Midtown Manhattan is seeking to hire a Part-Time Temp Administrative Assistant. This role will start late September/early October 2025. Must be flexible, team oriented and have strong attention to detail. This role will require someone to run personal errands so must feel comfortable with that aspect of the job. Hours are 9am - 5pm and the client requires part-time schedule, 3-4 days onsite for the temp period. Temp duration is 6 month - 1 year +.

Core Responsibilities

Initial Responsibilities

Coordinate calendars and meetingsConduct research for ad-hoc requests/projects, provide recommendations based on research and complete projects in a timely mannerProvide personal support (liaise with service providers to CEO's private homes, schedule personal appointments, etc.)Monitor office inventory and replenish office supplies as necessaryPlan and facilitate Firm events and outings, such as happy hours, holiday parties, etc.

Requirements

Bachelor's degreePrevious experience as an administrative assistant and 1+ years of relevant work experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to collaborate in an administrative team environmentFamiliarity with the basic Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Excellent time management and multitasking skillsAbility to think strategically, anticipates next steps and solutions orientedAbility to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining composure under pressureFlexible and positive 'no task is too big or too small' attitude

Pay
