The Administrative Assistant supports various Corporate Services departments and is responsible for a variety of administrative and clerical tasks

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Answers phone calls and greets visitors as neededAssists Corporate Services in sorting and distributing incoming mailAssists with processing court orders for child supportAssists Benefits department with sending out Leave of Absence paperworkAssists Benefits department with processing Tuition Reimbursements (education assistance)Assists Accounts Payable department with mailing vendor and refund checksAssists Accounts Payable department with scanning and emailing invoices to the Maxim Vendor Portal (MVP)Assists Accounts Payable department with vendor correspondenceProvides support to Corporate Services, which may include contributing to special projects, developing and sending correspondence and filing/archiving documentsArranges and coordinates corporate meetings and lunches as neededAssists Travel team with verifying travel manifestsAssists Travel team with ordering meeting related supplies including name badges, signs and promotional itemsMaintains and orders office supplies and other items as neededPerforms other duties as assignedMinimum Requirements:High School diploma or equivalent requiredSome clerical/administrative experience strongly preferredStrong organizational skills with great attention to detail requiredAbility to multi-task and meet competing prioritiesAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, across all levels in the organizationExcellent discretion and judgment and experience handling confidential data in a discreet mannerComputer proficiency, including knowledge and experience in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn other software within organization, requiredExcellent communication skillsProficiency in the English language requiredWage/Salary Information:$18.00 - $24.00 per hour, with a $6,000 annual bonus potential Maxim Benefits:
