Responsibilities:
Facilitate meeting set upFacilitate meetings, take notes, and distribute meeting minutesAssist in network approvalsEvent/large meeting planningInternal Teambuilding events – quarterlyOther events – as neededServe as delegate in Concur to assist with travel arrangements. Submit travel authorization forms and expense reports.Onboarding assistanceMaintain onboarding checklists/materialsOrder items for new hiresCommunicate with contract new hires on first day expectations, where to park, etc.Escort contract new hires to receive laptops, Lilly badges, etc.Ensure appropriate training courses are on contract new hire calendars and Learning PlansMaintain office supply cabinetOrder supplies/gearSupplement team ordering goods and services in AribaOther duties as assignedQualifications Requirements/Knowledge/Education/Skills:
BBA in Office System, Human Resoruces or related area. Strong understanding of the Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAdditional Preferences:2+ years of experience as an administrative assistantExperience with Concur and AribaExperience with event planning
