Under general supervision is responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support services, such as organizing, conducting and monitoring special projects and/or reports, interpreting and communicating procedures, managing incoming and outbound correspondence, establishing and maintaining record keeping systems, maintaining schedules and the like.
