Administrative Assistant
**Administrative Assistant** **Compensation: $40,000 per year.** The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the OhioRISE team, assisting the Program Manager with daily operations, reporting, and coordination. This role is ideal for a detail-orientated professional who enjoys working with data, communicating with partners, and ensuring smooth program operations. **Working At NYAP** + Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance + 22 days of paid time off + 11 paid holidays per year + Parental leave + Summer hours + Student loan repayment assistance + 401(k) + Mileage reimbursement **Responsibilities** The Administrative Assistant will perform duties including, but not limited to: + Perform all work in a manner consistent with the National Youth Advocate Program’s mission, values, and philosophies. + Provide direct administrative support to the program manger and OhioRISE team. + Assist with communication and coordination between the team and insurance companies, providers, and community partners. + Prepare, maintain, and analyze reports using Excel and other software tools. + Support OhioRISE day-to-day operations, including data entry, tracking, and follow-up. + Maintain clear and concise records in all areas. + Ensure compliance with program procedures, standards, and timelines. + Complete payment requests as needed + Provide coverage to other location as needed. + Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support program success. **Minimum Qualifications** + High School Diploma or GED equivalent. + Previous experience and proficiency in the use of various office machines, including computers. + Proficient use of desktop and laptop computers, smart phones and tablets, printers, fax machines and photocopiers as well as software including word processing, spreadsheet and database programs. **Other Skills** + Excellent customer service and communication skills + Sensitivity to cultural diversity + Enthusiastic self-starter + Excellent oral and written communication skills + Strong organizational and administrative skills + Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills + Works well independently and as a team member **Driving and Vehicle Requirements** + Valid driver’s license + Reliable personal transportation + Good driving record + Minimum automobile insurance coverage of $100,00/$300,000 bodily injury liability If this describes YOU, please apply today! www.nyap.org/employment NYAP is participating agency in the Great Minds Fellowship and Great Minds Workforce Commitment Incentive Programs. **Who we are** **An Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans.** An Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans.
