Job Title: Administrative Assistant Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to efficiently manage front desk operations. This role involves handling various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities + Manage front desk activities with professionalism and efficiency. + Perform filing and scanning of documents accurately and timely. + Upload paperwork to the appropriate systems. + Answer phones and address customer inquiries with courtesy and clarity. + Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors. + Schedule appointments and manage calendars to optimize time management. Essential Skills + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. + Strong administrative support and front desk management skills. + Experience in filing, scanning, and data entry. + Excellent customer service and communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to lift 25 lbs occasionally. Work Environment This position requires working in an office setting from 8 AM to 5 PM with a one-hour lunch break. The role necessitates a professional appearance and demeanor suitable for a front desk environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Vancouver, Washington. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
