We are seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant who excels in word processing and administrative support. The ideal candidate will edit and format a variety of documents, scan and create electronic versions, and handle document pagination and printing using Adobe Acrobat. This role also includes managing projectors and cameras, answering phones, greeting clients, sorting mail, and organizing meetings.
ResponsibilitiesEdit and format various documents, including letters, reports, and presentations.Scan documents to produce electronic versions.Create final documents with electronic letterhead and signatures using Adobe Acrobat.Paginate and print testing and CEMS reports.Manage projectors and cameras, ensuring batteries are charged.Answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate person.Screen sales and junk calls.Greet clients and visitors, making them feel welcome.Sort and distribute mail, and handle deliveries at the front desk.Forward faxes to the appropriate recipients.Order, set up, and clean up for luncheon and breakfast meetings.Essential Skills6+ months of office experience in roles such as Receptionist, Customer Service, or Administrative Assistant.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a tech-savvy approach.Bubbly personality is advantageous.Attention to detail is highly valued.Work Environment
Fully onsite. Monday through Friday- 8 AM to 5 PM.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
