Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Administrative Assistant. This role provides hands-on experience across multiple departments, including event planning, golf shop merchandising, administrative support, and marketing. The ideal candidate is organized, eager to learn, and able to balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Support
• Assist with event setup and preparation.
• Learn to review and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and event layouts.
• Conduct initial tours for potential event clients.

Administrative Duties
• Handle phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner.
• Perform data entry and other office-related tasks.
• Provide general administrative support to directors and department leaders.

Golf Shop Merchandising
• Assist with displays, tagging, and organizing merchandise.
• Support the golf professional team with invoicing and shop presentation.

Marketing Support
• Collaborate with the team to implement 2–3 Institute classes
• Assist with social media content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Provide design and promotional support for club communications.

Qualifications:
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to different departments.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service is a plus, but not required
