**Administrative Assistant** We're looking for a skilled **Administrative Assistant** to join our team. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our daily office operations, providing essential support to ensure everything runs smoothly. We need someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and ready to handle a variety of responsibilities. **Pay:** $21.66/hour **Shift:** Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM **What you'll do:** + Perform daily office tasks, including filing, recording, maintaining records, and copying documents. + Utilize computers and other office equipment to complete tasks efficiently. + Follow established procedures and departmental guidelines to ensure timely completion of all duties. + Apply your experience and judgment to plan and achieve daily and long-term goals. + Take on a variety of complicated tasks as needed. + Potentially direct and lead the work of other staff members. **What you'll need:** + A high school diploma or equivalent. + **3-5 years of experience** in an administrative or related role. + Familiarity with standard office concepts, practices, and procedures. + A proven track record of using experience and judgment to accomplish tasks and goals.
