HR Generalist / Recruiter Transdev in Phoenix, AZ is hiring an Admin Assistant.This key role is essential in supporting daily office operations and ensuring smooth administrative functions. Responsibilities include data entry, filing, managing correspondence, and assisting management with scheduling and report preparation. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinates documents, correspondence and web pages, including letters, reports, emails, presentations, memos, faxes, etc * Administer accounting data, payroll, personnel records * Manage employee FMLA tracking * Ordering and maintaining inventory of office supplies * Quality Assurance Checks ensuring compliance with background checks, drug and alcohol screens, and E-Verify requirements. * Maintains confidentiality of all information; comply with HIPAA regulations. * Other duties as required Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience. * College course work in a related field preferred. * Computer literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office * Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed. * Subject to drug testing and physical if applicable.
