Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant with a minimum of 4 years of professional office support experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role is critical to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and supporting various departments with administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:Provide comprehensive administrative support to managers and teams.Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications professionally.Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.Order office supplies and manage inventory.Support onboarding of new employees and maintain confidential records.Perform data entry and maintain databases with accuracy.Liaise with internal departments and external vendors as needed.Qualifications:Minimum of4 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of discretion and professionalism.Experience with office equipment and administrative procedures.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
