An associate’s degree or equivalent administrative experience; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, preferably supporting a senior leader.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms and basic AV setup.Strong organizational and time management skills.A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently when needed.You will
Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior Marketing & Communications leaders, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and document preparation.Assist in compiling and formatting reports, presentations, and materials with accuracy and attention to detail.Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries; ensure all travel documents are complete and submitted.Track and reconcile expense reports and assist with budget entries.Maintain and organize physical and electronic records and files.Direct incoming communications and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.Support meeting logistics, including room setup, agenda distribution, and note-taking.Assist with internal events, team meetings, and special projects as assigned.Location:

$66,480.00 - $99,720.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
