Administrative Assistant

Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting operations through accurate data entry and efficient order processing. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative workflows and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate and timely data entry of customer information, orders, and inventory records.Process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices using internal systemsCommunicate with vendors and customers to confirm order details and resolve discrepancies.Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.Support other administrative tasks as needed, including document preparation and internal communications.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.Proven experience in administrative support, order processing, or data entry.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
