Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an **Administrative Assistant** working onsite in **Arden, NC**
**Pay rate: $28-$32/hour**

**Job Summary:**
+ Scanning and creating files for highly sensitive documents and employee information. Assisting the HR team as needed with other clerical and office duties.
**Roles and Responsibilities:**
+ Supports logistics for programs, meetings, and events, including room reservations, agenda preparation, and calendar maintenance. Supports efficient meetings by organizing spaces and materials, documenting discussions, and distributing meeting notes.
+ Distributes building-wide announcements, books conference rooms, and coordinates catering as needed.
+ Support on-site functions as needed.
+ Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Associate degree
+ Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles
+ Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
+ Experience with the use of Printers, coper
+ Good written and verbal communication skills

**Pay Details:** $28.00 to $32.00 per hour
